Even on this website I feel awkward asking this lol. But I guess I'll give you guys some "signs" and a really nice story. Well, we met this year, in Orchestra class and we connected really quickly when we compared the music on our Ipods (corny I know XD). From there he started giving me CDs of music to burn of cool bands and then I gave him some in return. We then started talking on Facebook and eating together at lunch. At first our conversations online were funny and light- hearted but then we suddenly started talking about more serious things and sharing our "deepest" secrets. I guess we became best friends pretty fast. We don't do much without each other during the periods at school we're together, if I disappear he'll look around the whole school to find me. We sit incredibly close to each other and when we walk together in the hallway we're so close that I can feel his leg touch mine sometimes ( just so you can visualize that lol). We've been trying to do things out of school, and he doesn't care who comes as long as I'm there, and he wouldn't mind going places alone with just me. He doesn't touch me like at all though, he touches other people, so I don't know what that is. He loves to make me laugh apparently, because he gets so crazy and whenever I laugh he has a grin on his face. He has said to me before that he really likes every aspect of me, and he would never want me to change. Uh...Yeah, he talked to me EVERYDAY of winter break before he went to sleep, and sometimes he stayed up even longer to keep talking. Our mutual friends keep asking us if we're going out because today, my friend asked him where his girlfriend was and he automatically assumed she was talking about me and told her that he was looking for me too. I kind of like the way he looks at me sometimes, kind of like eyes of adoration, but it only flashes for like a second and then it's gone so I don't know if I imagined it or not. I don't know, I've never had this close of a guy-friend before so I don't know much of anything, I might just be weird...Help please? :D

Me and my friend, "Jojo" have been friends for about 3 years. We met sophomore year. I already thought then that she was annoying. But she was still sweet and stuff. Junior year we were in the same chem class and surrounded by underclassmen, so we decided to stick together. We became "close", sharing secrets, and our latest crushes with each other. However towards the end of the year, I was feeling stressed and I didn't get enough sleep for about 2 weeks and it showed by the way I was acting around her. Usually I'm patient with her high energy, but during that time, I was feeling pretty annoyed. A week later, I apologized and everything was back to normal. Now it's senior year, and I'm already feeling stressed with all my classes. You could say I felt claustrophobic around her. She's next to me all the time: in the morning, during AP chem, and when we head off to the buses.

The last two weeks I gave her the cold shoulder. This week I felt better and yesterday we talked it over and it's back to "normal" Except today, she was all smiling and laughing when she said this, "If you act like this again, then it's over between us" because she said I did the same thing last year. Even though she was smiling, she was serious.

I was a little surprised and I kinda felt like smacking her. I was having a bad time. Doesn't everyone go through that?

Am I wrong for acting like this? Should we just distance ourselves so that we're just friends who say hi in the hallways?
