I like this guy and i want to tell him how i feel, but i am confused but how he feels. plus i don't want to scary him way when i say it. We don't go to the same school anymore

There was this one time when we were on a bus he sat alone instead of sitting with his friends.
-He at my shirt that was kind of see through, but i didn't know the bra i was wearing was seen through (LOLz) he kept coming, closer to me, like he was trying to get a better view and was smiling. There was another time similar to that we were at the beach (with my year grade) and i just changed back to my clothes. i went to sit down on the boat, my back was facing the crowd so i couldn't see behind me. (but i could feel and smell) i felt a presence come and the closer it got i could smell links. i turned my head a bit and i saw he was sitting behind me and his back was facing me.
-He looked hurt when i hugged my male friend. I wasn't trying to hurt him but it just felt like i did cause he stormed away.
-He called me on a 'private number' and got his sister to talk to me, (i know how his sister sounds like i've talked to her before.) I never gave my number to him.
But then their are signs that confuses me that he doesn't like me or maybe i am just over thinking this all.
-He tried to talk to me. i talked to him once sounded like a b***h but i didn't mean to.
- I added him once on social media, but he didn't added me and my best friend back, but then other friends that i never talk to. i don't get him

I volunteered for one of the organizations that sponsored this huge concert. I was the manager of my group of 50. The organization I was volunteering for had only one guy working that day. We got there early for training. So I immediately met Ben, shook his hand & whatever. Throughout the night my clique &I I talked with Ben and got to know each other a bit. So there was a moment in training that he had to assign is our tables. He kind of makes a huddle between my one friend and i (3 in total) I feel his hand/arm on my back. It wasn't high of low. Kind of under my bra strap.(he wasn't feeling my strap lol) anyways, later he started the training trough announcement. There were Spanish speakers & he doesn't speak Spanish. So I asked if I could translate for him. He was like "yeah sure!" Then a few seconds into the translating he says out loud " I've never had a translator & to be honest I'm kinda liking it" Then after the show (12:30pm) He asks me for my number. He, out of nowhere, slides a piece of paper across the table ( he was sitting next to me) " could you put your number on here so that next year we could have you all again?" I was like "yeah of course".
