I met a girl about 6 months ago, and for the first time I actually cared about the outcome, she was travelling and I was working away from home, and we met at a remote location, I went home, and she continued travelling. Our relationship was only mental via texting and phone calls, we had a fight and stopped talking for a week, then we started back up, we had another fight, and again we stopped talking. Then she travelled overseas again we started talking again, but this time it was far more intense than before. We had a massive fight and this time I decided that it was time for me to make a move, So I got angry and got on the next plane to where she was, I met up with her and it was truly one of the most amazing experiences I have ever had, although it was only for 1 day... We were both extremely happy for the first time, we organised to meet up again in another country I had already booked a holiday for in 2 weeks. Again, when we met up we had one of the best times I can remember. She then went home for the first time in 1 year, and we continued to grow closer, I was offered a job in her home country that was very close to her. There was a delay in the starting of my job, and she started to pull away and started acting differently. Her actions started to make me feel bad, and I told her... she got angry at me and again we didn't speak for a week. We made up again - and we discussed the opportunity for me to come visit her, she loved it until she started pulling away again. I did not end up coming to see her... What followed was her non stop texting and calling me, I asked her frequently if she was still interested because she wasn't showing interest, but still calling and texting at every opportunity.
About 4 days ago, she posted on FB that she was out with some new guy friend which she told me "was really cool guy :)" I told her yeah ok... and assumed that was it. The next day I asked how she was and ready to say goodbye. All I got was horrible games...

So there is a girl I really have a huge crush on, and one day, I was letting out my feelings by writing an emotional story that confesses my love, but it wasn't intended for her to see. I sent it to a friend to let out my feelings and eventually it got out to the girl I like. She took it as a shock at first, but after a couple hours told my friend (who is also her friend) that she would hang out with me to get to know me a bit better and then she'd date me. So I asked her if she wanted to hangout one day, just casually after school. She agreed. A couple days after the incident, I was busy with family and hadn't messaged her for a few hours and she told her friend that "it's lame he's not messaging me. I don't bite!"... I hung out with her two days later and we only had a short time before she had to got to a job interview. Other friends knew our situation and the irony of us hanging out made everybody laugh and point, only making the time more awkward. When her friend asked about it later, the girl said it was short and awkward. The fact that she thought it was short I took as a good thing, meaning it could have been longer. But we used to message each other everyday for hours, and now a day and two days after we hung out, it's hard to keep a conversation going and there are some comments I make that she doesn't necessarily respond to (which is ok because they don't need always need a response). She isn't ignoring me or anything, but it seems like she was more engaged in conversation before. Now it doesn't seem like I have totally blown the chance, but one of my friends says I should give her some time before talking to her again just so she could get over the awkwardness. Is this the right move to make, or should I keep talking (which may seem desperate)?

by the way Please don't bother responding with anything that involves "moving on" because I couldn't care less if I should or not I'm going to keep trying, the situation hasn't gotten bad enough.
