So, until you reach the age of consent, never do anything involving a sex organ -- yours or his -- with a boy more than four years older than you, no matter how cute he is. Kissing, hugging, and touching through clothes is considered legal in most places, but once you touch his penis or he touches you up between your legs, you are involved in a crime; you might think it's cool to take a risk like that, but I know a couple that got caught, and it was ugly, real ugly.

(2) You want a nice guy. As in a really really nice guy. Why? Because assholes will tell everyone what you did. Age doesn't really matter. What does matter is who you're giving head too. If you've been with a guy, in a relationship, for a while (let's say... Half a year at least.
