Search Results: getting with a girl so unlike what he likes

We have been going to the same high school for the last 4 years and she is two years younger than me. We hadn't talked at all until I messaged her this summer, and we have been messaging for nearly every day till than, for the past 1.5 month.
Here are the negatives (-) and positives (+)
+She is anxious abaut her lessons so i offered her help with economics and history in the school library when school starts, she said yes and told me she could also help me with maths but put a sad face later realising she can't help me since she is 2 years younger (showing serious determination)
+She messaged me good morning messages 3-4 times although we aren't in a relationship yet
+She loves flirting and making jokes abaut me. She has already given me 2 cute nicknames (London Boy because I've lived there and french because i like talking french at times for fun. However she is generallya fun person.
+She actually told me abaut personal stuff like her getting seriously drunk in her birthday that she had hangover, her anxiety problems, and everything else
+She hasn't probably friendzoned me since unlike other girls i have good relations with she hasn't mentioned anything abaut other boys or even her past relationships.
However I also have concerns
-Usually its me 85% of the time who texts first but the conversation goes so well I want to write every day, a day where i dont talk to her seems like a century
-She takes awful lot of time texting me back, sometimes more than 5 minutes after she receives my message and it is seen by her
-She falls asleep in the middle of conversations but always texts me back in the morning, sometimes she sees it but answers in the morning
-She had been with my best friend for a small time and i am curious she could just be trying to make him feel jelous and isn't really interested
-Although I too am one of the popular people in school like her, her Facebook likes are 200 while mine are like 20 which is crazy.
