So i've been talking to this girl i've met online for... 2 1/2 months now.

a month and a half into "talking" to her (so that was a month ago) we finally met up and had a blast!

I've asked her why we barely hang out, and here's some of her responses (in chronological order)

- "I rarely leave my house" (which is true, but when she does, she either runs errands or is hanging with her best friend of 8 years)

- "i have social anxiety and can't even go to a starbucks by myself"

(I finally met her)
-"i feel uncomfortable and awkward hanging with you because i dont want to develop feelings right now. I'm going through depression and home problems"

-she always says "maybe" or "We'll see" to hanging out. I finally upfront asked her if she's saying a polite no, or means it. she said "i mean it, my mood is always changing" (idk what that means?)

However she casually flirts back and gets offended when i do stuff "a single guy can do" so to speak. So basically she likes me, and wants a relationship (she said that when we first started texting), but we barely hang, and i dont get it?

also is there a specific question i could ask, to see if she just wants my attention/a texting buddy or not?

Is this a good thing?

I met a girl online and we hit it off great. Due to depression and alcoholism and family stuff, she wants to be single while she continues to get professional help.

She does NOT want to hang out with me, because she just wants to be single while she gets help.

Now let me ask, is this a good thing? The way I see it, if she wanted to hang with me, i'd be friendzoned and her "buddy". also this MIGHT be suggesting if she hangs with me, she'll develop feelings, so she wants to hold back from that right now

To make a long story short:

-My good female friend has an alcohol problem
-I'm always there for her and do the best I can to support her, but she sometimes complains i can't help her good enough because im not an alcoholic too
-I thought it would be a good idea to give her number to one of my online gaming buddies who i know struggles with alcoholism too
-He starts to text her and acts weird... he starts asking her relationship status, she said she had a bf (but doesnt), then he says "oh well you should let all the guys know in your life that you have a bf" and she got mad and said "dude im looking for alcohol advice not social advice!"
-I text her the next day "Hey so i gave my friend your number to try and help you since he's an alcoholic too, hows everything?"
-she texted back "Haha I knew you were involved the moment he asked me about my relationship status. its as if you were trying to pry for information" she then started to cry on the phone and said she felt i backstabbed her. She also accussed me of trying to get him to troll her for fun

I don't get what I did wrong. she doesn't talk to me anymore and i lost my good friend. how do i get her back, and can you really say i did something wrong? I'll admit I shoulda asked her permission before giving her number, but thats the only wrong doing i can see i did. i have no control over the weird actions my friend did, and i told her that! she said back "Well you shouldn't have sent him if he was a weirdo! do you think im retarded because im an alcolholic and wouldn't find out you were involved?"

but its like... i was just trying to do something nice for her and help her. Help anyone?

Can someone explain this to me please? I am extremely baffled. Please note I met this girl off a dating site and she is extremely into me. She out right said so and shows it! These events are not in chronological order

Signs she has a bf:
-When I first met her on a dating website, i heard through a mutual friend who recognized her, that she has a bf. I asked the girl this, she said no
- I was bored one day and texted her number via a texting app and said "hey do you have a bf?" and she said "who is this? and yes"
- She told me she put her # online to get support for her problems. I took advantage of this and texted her pretending to be one of her supportive, new, online chat buddies. I asked her how her relationships have been affected and if she's in one, she said she's been in one for 2 years. (I FOUND THIS OUT 3 DAYS AGO) When I asked why she was on a dating website she said "We took a break"

Signs she doesn't have a bf:
-Again, me asking her, as well as a different mutual real life friend, asking her. She said no
-She got offended and insecure that i messaged her flirty best friend, asking her an innocent question
-Shes out right flirted with me and told me she's looking for something long term
-We got into an argument one time and she threatened to go date one of her friends, as well as reactivate her okcupid account ( a month ago)
-When I ask her about dating, she goes "im extremely depressed and going through alot, i wanna be single for awhile"

As you can see, i "Creeped" and found out she might have a boyfriend. How do i get that info out of her? I need to know the truth! she's telling strangers (anonymous me) one thing, and me something completely different!
