I'm going to make this story short but we've met online and have been talking for almost 5 years but never met in person yet. He lives in New York and I live in LA. I have been trying to see him ever since the day we met online and every time I've tried to come up with the money to do it, Financial Obligations kept getting in the way of me doing so.

Anyway fast for it to last month I finally told him that I did not have the money to go there and see him and that I have been trying desperately so hard to go there and ever since then I haven't been hearing from him as much. Two weeks ago I called him and he did not answer nor return my phone calls so I haven't heard from him ever since and I've decided that I'm not going to call him because I'm usually the one calling and texting him mostly which is the only way I hear from him but he rarely ever calls or text me but feel like ever since we've known each other I felt as if I was doing most of the chasing, wanting, and the pursuing more than he has for me.

But I'm really sad because I still have feelings for him and he knows that I still want to see him and have been wanting to for a long time but I don't want to call him anymore because I feel as though that's me chasing him so how should I go about this situation? What should I say or do the next time if he does in fact call or text me? Should I start playing hard-to-get or just drop this relationship? Please help me because I am so confused.

I went out on 2 dates with a guy I met from Bumble. They went pretty smoothly, not great but not horrible. I'm physically attracted to him but emotionally not at all. I went back to his place on the second date to just hang and 'watch a movie'. I was ready to mess around some and maybe hookup, but all he did was cuddle a bit and hold my hand. I was a little confused because I was expecting more. He didn't make any other moves or advances. The next day I texted him to say thanks for dinner and his reply was concise and seemed a little forced. So, I didn't text back just because I didn't want to be a nuisance. Next day I'm looking through bumble and our conversation dissapeared. Generally, this means he either blocked or unmatched me. I was a little dissapointed because I was planning on texting him and explaining that I wanted a casual, no-commitment type of deal between us. Now though I feel like I lost my chance at a decent no strings attached relationship. Would it still be worth a shot to shoot him a text letting him know what I want or would that be ridiculously desperate?
