Then there was supposed to be a game meeting tonight, but it was cancelled and I went to the cafe and I realized an hour later that it had just been moved to a diffrent room so I walked in and I had been feeling mad and sad about not being able to see him so I wasn't in the best most confident happy place either, and they were all a little awkward with me but some of the guys were still trying to flirt with me. and my crush was at a different table adn I glanced at him several times but he was intent on his game. (his feet were turned towards me though all the guys feet were turned towards me so maybe it was casue I was the only relatively attractive girl in the room)
SO HERE'S THE POINT. I left to make a phone call, came back and he had left. I asked aroudn and they said he'd left for the night. But he came back in the room and they asked him if he wanted to play a game with me and he asked me and I said sure and he had smiled when he asked. (but remember I was kind of sullen still)
then he pretends to answer his phone as I'm setting up the game and then gets off it and says he can't play, he has to go pick up a friend. but he adds, 'I see you all the time on (gamesite,) we should play together sometime." and I said "definitely" and then he left. but he didn't' GO PICK UP HIS FRIEND. i was so hurt. he was outside the room, watching the concert that was going on. I was so mad and sad.
So what does it mean? Does he like me and is shy? Or does he think its awkward around me and want to avoid me? I'm ready to tell him I like him cause I'm so fed up with this. But I don't know if its worth it cause I'm a littel nervous. WHAT DO YOU THINK.

I feel like he likes me Because every time I'm walking he looks at me with direct eye contact but I think he is shy. So he just looks at me all the time when I'm around earlier I went to go grab a paper and I accidentally touched him on the arm and he just turned red and after that my friend came up to me and said he was acting werid and I don't usually have to work with him this is The 2nd time being in the same room with him with other people but when we're not he still makes eye contact and he always stays were he can see me when I'm walking with someone I don't know maybe it's just me

So there is this guy that goes to a few of my classes and we are both majoring in the same program. I will be honest there was a part of me that knew he was gay based on how he talks, his mannerisms, and so on. Anyway since last semester I started to question why he acts so strange around me. He would act like he is terrified to death of me (keep in mind I am an alternative girl), sometimes he avoids me, he will feel comfortable talking with other people except me (in fact he will often grow quite with me), when I try to be friendly with him during a few exercises in my acting classes, sometimes he acts like a cat got his tongue when I try to talk to him (do keep in mind I am a shy and introverted person so even I am like wtf), one time at the end of an acting exercise I did with him, he gave me a thumbs up (I am not sure what that means but I assume that was his way of being approved of something), he said my name wrong a few times on accident, whenever we do lock eyes with each other he will look at me with relaxed eyes, he fixes his hair when he sees me from a distance, he came up and tried to strike a conversation with me once, he will say bye to me sometimes especially when it is just the two of us around and nobody else, one time his face lite up when he said bye to me, when I did acknowledge his existence and said hi to him he would give this prolonged eye contact, and in the beginning of the second semester we bumped into each other and he acted surprised saying “oh it’s you... good morning”. Those are just the few examples. Anyway, I am not sure what the reason is for his behavior around me... is he secretly attracted to me? Does he have a straight crush on me? Is he repulsed by me? Is it because he knows that I like him and trying to keep his distance? Does he want to be my friend but doesn’t know what to say to me? I don’t know what his deal is maybe I am over reading his actions when it turns out to be nothing? Someone please send help, lol.
