*I know I posted my situation earlier but I wanted to add a poll. I'm closing the other question. Okay so my brother has been best friends with this guy ever since they were two. Since I'm pretty close in age, I was also friends with him. (My sister would complain about not having friends and my brother would be like "When we were your age, his name was our only friend.") We weren't ever close, but we were friends and our families did a good bit together. (I have a picture of him giving me a piggyback ride when I was like 7 or We moved for 8 years, but he would come to see us for a week or so at a time because you know, brother best friend still. We'd talk & stuff some, play Minecraft and just hang out whenever my brother was busy, and it was always really fun. He and my brother thought it was funny to bang on my door and blow air horns outside my door at 6am. He was one of the first people who I told about my medical crap, and he's always been really awesome about it. He got my number when I was like 12, and 6 years and 3 phones later for him, & like 2 numbers for me he's always kept it updated. We never really talk much anymore, and only text when one of us needs something, but now that we've moved back since he's still my brothers best friend we see each other a good bit. I've started to like him, and I'm not quite sure what to do. I think he has a level of respect for me, but I don't think he likes me like that. He's always really sweet & like even though he knows about all my medical problems he's sympathetic about it, and awhile ago he told me I'd be a good mom, and he said that I could always adopt babies that really needed a good home (He knows I can't have kids and has remembered that). He helps me put dishes and stuff away sometimes since he's super tall and can actually reach the cabinets, and once or twice he even helped me cook. When I do cook, he usually tells me that it was really good and crap, and he always defends me when my siblings mess with me.

My book is about a girl (Taharji,) who has spent her first year on her home planet. She is half witch and half dragon, adopted at 2 months old to a family on Earth. Most people on her home planet (Realms) distrust her because her mother (a witch) betrayed her family to lead a revolution against the dragons (father, who is one of the few dragons who can shift between human and dragon,) to regain control over the planet. Or so the story goes...
Witches and Wizards are hated because they used dark magic and Witch kept the dragons and other creatures of Realms as slaves for 400 years.
Taharji had no elemental powers (her father controls fire) and is nearly deaf, which makes her a physical non threat. However, she's smart. She can see into the future on a whim and through physical contact, but not always.
When the Elders (people who basically presides over the kings of Realms) come to the Eastern Temple, they encourage Taji's estranged father to set up a marriage for her. This is to keep Taji from falling into the hands of evil like her mother (having her keep busy by having babies.)
Taji goes through marriage request after marriage request, entertaining her potential husbands while forming a friendship with a knight under father and uncles' rule. This is not allowed because of status and fear. She does this while also watching a revolutionary war sweep across the planet of Realms with an unknown leader and an unstoppable force.
After a physical training battle leaves her with lasting head trauma, Taji's previous less than asshole nature shifts. And the revolution shifts into a takeover, with Taji leading the dead.
Does this sound interesting? I also need a title for this series.

Every time my girlfriend comes home from work, I loose my appetite and get so mad. She's always in a bad mood, never has anything nice to say and her aura is that she hates me. She gives me evil looks all the time of pure hate. We adopted a baby is we're in this for the long haul. What is her deal? Is that normal? For her to act that way to me and the baby?

I wanted to adopt a few babies from different races and be a foster mom when I can support myself. Or if I get married I'd rather adopt babies instead of making them myself. I also considered getting my tubes tied, or just working at a daycare with a bunch of babies. Since this is the only way I can get over my baby obsession. Is this weird?
