Should suicidal adults be forced to stay at suicide watch? In many countries regardless of if you're free or imprisoned you may be put on suicide watch against your will if people sends you there.

I read about a Norwegian woman on permanent suicide watch. She has anorexia, ASD, depression and anxiety. She has tried to commit suicide frequently for several years. She gets monitored 24/7, are often restrained by belt and there are people who feeds her, wash her and help her going to the bathroom. She has access to emails and a computer. She still may wear handcuffs because of she's harming herself and wants to die everyday. She lost in court and aren't allowed suicide because of her mental illness, consideration for her family not wanting her to die, it would break the Norwegian human rights if ill people kills themselves because of then the institutions would be seen as bad and killing yourself isn't a human right. The right to live and people saving you are a right after you're born. The woman is in her 30s. #suicide #suicidewatch

Basically, this friend of a friend (let’s call her Mary) came to a graduation party we were hosting at my apartment. I hadn’t seen her since the last time she came to visit my roommate a few years ago, which was also the first time we met. Back then I had a crush on her, but right after that we both got into long-term relationships. She shows up to our party and starts acting weird around me the whole time. I’ll go in-depth about the specific moments, but keep in mind my girlfriend is at the party and her boyfriend isn’t, as he’s from where she lives (different country). She started our conversation by asking me about my musical interests and so we chatted about music and stuff like that. I noticed she started fiddling with her hair and maintaining strong, prolonged eye contact while we’re talking. She’s also standing pretty close, closer than I’d expect in a conversation between two taken people. When we broke off, she often stared at me as I was talking to friends, even while she was mingling with other people. When I’d meet her gaze, she’d continue to stare and smile until I broke eye contact. A little later I hear from my girlfriend that Mary has been talking to her about how nice I was to her a few years back showing her around town, which was no doubt influenced by how I had a crush on her. Mary would also do things like jab me to help me out when I wasn’t paying attention during a drinking game and laugh at all of my jokes. When it came time to walk to the club, it was raining, and I got wet along with everybody else. She turned to me and said “you’re so wet” and brushed off the rain from my chest and arms (my girlfriend was in the bathroom when that happened). Later on in the night when I was dancing with my girlfriend and being affectionate with her, Mary kind of stopped acting the way she did earlier that night. The next morning when she said goodbye to my roommates and I (she spent the night), I was the only one she hugged besides her friend.

I recently ran into my ex and it was very strange especially since we broke up 8 months ago. About a month ago, I was at her work, a movie theater and I was standing waiting for my date to leave the bathroom, and she walked by and I saw her in a mirror. From the moment she turned the corner she was starting at me and kept looking at me in an odd way. She kept staring at me until she went down the hallway.
My friend who was with me dubbed the look as 'i miss you eyes'. She looked at me like she did in the past. And that threw me for a loop
But I recently found out she's engaged and that didn't make sense in why she looked at me that way.

So I live in a bad area and there's been a lot of break ins happening lately. I already have a home security system and have a home defense shotgun including a couple handguns and I carry on everywhere I go (I have a CCL). But last week a woman in my town was gang r@aped while her husband was at work by a group of men who broke into her home. Now that about game me an anxiety attack and became worried by the thought of something like this happening to me or someone I loved. So if I get a girlfriend and she moved in with me I want to teach her that if I'm not home and you hear the alarm go off or hear someone breaking in, I want her to run to the bedroom bath and lock herself in and take the shotgun off the door mount and call 911 (I'm looking into getting a telephone installed in my bathroom), I'd also like to take her to the range to teach her how to properly use the shotgun too. If your guy did this would you at least take it seriously?
