My boyfriend and I broke up but we stayed in constant contact and talked about our relationship and how we missed each other and he expressed that he wanted to work on things and I agreed. We still hung out and kissed and acted like we were together. Last night when we were together, I noticed a hickey on his neck that he claims wasn't fresh (it was because he didn't have it 4 days before when we were together) and that it didn't matter because we weren't together, he loved me and wanted another chance, etc. Would you consider this cheating even though we weren't together?

I am 26 and my boyfriend is 22. Coming this March, we have been together for 3 years. During our 3 years, it has been very rough. In the beginning, I've dealt with him calling me names, screaming at the top of his lungs/ in my face/ punching walls/ throwing things/, cheating on me, creating secret accounts by asking other women for sex, forming relationships online with other girls (where he'd stay up from the day until 6am with them & ignore me), calling other girls and prostitutes to meet with them (but would never follow through with it), and lying. Now, I would have left, but I stayed because I understood he was insecure about himself since he told me he was, and I gave him another chance when he said he snapped out of it and realized how much he was hurting me. He promised all this would change and it'd be in the past. We were working on trust again. I have not cheated, not lied, not deceived, and not have been unfaithful.

One of our reoccurring problems, is that he hides stuff from me and it always has to do with other women. Whether it be flirting or visiting sites. For a long time, HE STOPPED doing these things and our trust was almost restored UNTIL yesterday. We share a phone. I opened it and all these nude pictures of women popped up in the private browser. He forgot to close it. I was upset he felt the need to hide it and what else could he be hiding? He's always "tired" and we hardly have sex or he says I am too loud and he doesn't want to wake his parents. I don't send him sexy pictures anymore; he tells me not to because he doesn't want to get his icloud hacked like other people. It's confusing. He tells me he doesn't have sexy pictures of me so he needs to look at other nude women to get off. It hurts since he always says I am the only person he jerks off to when I have proof that is a lie. The only pictures he has of me are normal smiling pictures and he told me he's a visual person. I feel like I can't trust him anymore. It's old. Help?

When I was 16 my parents got a divorce. My mom had another guy and left my father for him. That guy ended up being a psycho (she met him online). My father had been a drug addict and my mother was not and she couldn't take it anymore. She took me with her to go live with this strange man. After they broke up my mom started to slut around hooking up with guys half her age and various people. She started to brag about all the guys she'd get. I would get upset because who wants to hear about their mom screwing guys? Anyways, she eventually tamed down and I knew she was seeing someone. She wouldn't say who for the longest time. I suspected it was her best guy friend. It turned out to be my uncle. Yes, my uncle. They're step brother and sister but grew up in the same house together and had always called each other brother and sister. He had always been my uncle. He had a wife and cheated on her every chance he got. My mom some how thought he wouldn't cheat on her. Well, eventually it quit (long story short). And now she has a different boyfriend. She still doesn't understand that it's incredibly screwed up that she tried to get with her brother. Her argument is that there isn't any blood. She would talk to him on the phone and say that he's her brother! If you call someone your brother and for 40 years feel like they're your brother then there's no need to have blood in the mix! You are freaking brother and sister! Since this whole incident I haven't been able to look at my mom the same. It's scarred me for life and I'm not sure if I'll ever get over it. I've never told anyone about this so my question is, is it screwed up that she almost got with her step brother?
