(FYI same girl as in my first question please read) SO there is this girl at my job, (she is actually my manager, and has a sort of ex bf, or 9 years) and I can't seem to gauge how she feels about me. I am pretty apt at reading body language, but she sends me different signs, add to it I'm really into her so maybe I just want some of them to be good ones. But generally it goes like this at work. She will talk and laugh with other people, pretty much anyone but me, so it seems strange that she will willingly spend hours of time with me after work. She doesn't give off normal body signs of attraction, foot position, or passing me front to front. But when she does need me for something, or we are working in close quarters, she will get pretty close. Add to it I can tell she pourposely has been trying to use more vocabulary (as I do, and she did not) she used to bad mouth me to others (publicly in a joking manner) but has stopped. I have also caught her eye a few times, but she looks away sometimes quickly others not as fast. Also we were talking about her hair recently and the next day it was changed into the previous colors we were speaking of the day before. Also she has given her number out to almost everyone else I know she knows, but has never asked for mine or vice versa. Finally when we are alone together she will opens up rather willingly, and seems to want to carry conversation. Even when we aren't talking it doesn't feel like an awkward silence. Basically she seems really cold, when we are at work, when we are alone it seems sort of friendly and uncertain, so I don't know I keep pulling up maybes, no matter how much I analyse it, I just can't figure it out. I've kind of half assededly asked her out a few times, but I just can't get a good feel. So any opinons on your thoughts, for what it is, what I should do, or missing info for better help, would be very much appreciated.

All my life I have been at a major disadvantage because of been short. No one respected me the way I looked even though am nice, funny, confident and good personality as my friends have told me and some women. As well as been a misery in finding a girlfriend I have resulted to escorts for year or so as the only way of intimacy with someone am attracted to and I fail to get the job I want because am short. Sometimes I think suicide is a way to go but don't want to hurt my friends or family or going through painful costly surgery to become tall in order to be appreciated, I can't help the way I was born we live in a world where image is only important and you all know am doomed if I don't meet these expectations unless I become rich and famous like tom cruise, other than that am basically fucked. I go out to nightclubs and bars to meet women very rare I get lucky with a nice girl in there or most of the time they say go away you look like a child your no man to man and blah blah blah. You must understand that people can't help the way they look why am I judged on my appearance, am not exactly bad looking I take care my self a lot to the point of trying to please people so I can feel respected and so women will at least dig me instead of tall goodlooking guys, I knew this tall dark handsome guy who don't have to open his mouth to get a date except say bonjour to them. I know it sounds very sad but it's making me bitter to the point that surgery is the only way so am all asking is it really that worth it? I work really hard in life am trying to get a degree so I can get a good job and at least maybe if I do get a high paid job a women might tolerate my height if I have a big house with a pool in back along with a cocktail bar and even then I won't have time to make a cocktail because I be too busy working my ass off to keep her happy... my life sucks

I mean come on am 22, average looking, 5 foot 6... game over! Lol
