We still remained friends - we still keep in contact several times every week and hang out every week

And then when he dropped me home, he sent me a long goodbye message and he just blocked me on everything
I still love him though 😔😔

I understand I hurt him but its not like im cheating
But i do feel like a douche right now because of it
And i was never serious with the guy i was seeing anyway

If a guy truly loved me, he would come back right?

So I've been dating this guy for about 1 month now
He has been treating me right so far - taking me out to dates often during the week, holding my hand, showing affections in public, etc
We made it official last week
He told me about his past relationships:
- his 1st girlfriend lasted more than 1 year and cheated on him and he said he hasn't talked to her since they broke up 10 months ago
- his 2nd girlfriend lasted few months

So anyway, I was stalking his facebook and i came across a post from last year
It was this girl with his family
I clicked on her profile
And her cover photo is a picture of the guy im dating and her
And then i scrolled down and she's been posting stuff for the guy that im dating
Its saying that she still loves him through their ups and downs
This post was 2 months ago
And posting pictures and videos of them both
But it says on her profile that she's "single"
And it says that they were meeting up on valentines day (which was 3 months ago)

I confronted him about this and he says
"Thats my first girlfriend.. Im telling u the truth.. i haven't seen her since we broke up.. we dnt talk anymore"
But I dont entirely believe this because it doesn't add up
So i told him that im going to message her to find the truth
Its weird that his ex girlfriend still post about him and has a picture of them on her cover photo right?
They dont have each other on facebook though (theyre not facebook friends)

Should I message her?
Or trust him?

Him - its not that, i really do want to be with you but the reason why i broke it off is because you are just too demanding, im pursuing my career as a police and im really serious about it so i can't give you full attention and a lot of time, i wish i could be with you, i really do but i just need time to do this on my own
Me - i just dont want to be played around or you putting me in the back burner. I rather move on and find someone else
Him - playing you around? Are you serious? How am i playing you around? Im not seeing other girls. Im not talking to other girls. Im focusing on myself. I've been single for a while now and if i wanted to flirt with other girls, I would have. But im not. Why do u think i message you and call you often? Why do u think i wanna hang out with you? Seriously, you always doubt me. You give up on me easily too.
Me - what if you find someone better? What if u meet someone in the police academy?
Him - omg no. If im in a commited relationship, i would not do that. And plus im not there to meet girls. You just dont understand me. Give me a chance to do finish this please. If I've already completed this, I would have never left you. You know what? Lets just meet in person this weekend and talk about it okay? Its better to talk about it when we see each other. Dont think about it too much for now okay?

Why does he want to talk bout this in person rather than just telling me on phone?
