Both of us are 18. I’m a lifeguard and work at a pool. The day started off pretty normal, she followed behind me in rotation so I got to talk to her throughout the whole shift. It was 3 hours into the shift and out of no where she walked up to me and insisted that she see my Spotify on my phone and I could see her Spotify on her phone. I was scared that she’d see that I had her playlist on my recently played so I replied NO in an aggressive manner, she left immediately to go to the bathroom without saying anything. 5 minutes later she comes back and just took my phone out of my hand and replaces it with hers. She immediately finds a song on my playlist and responds with “I have this song on my playlist” in a cheering manner. I didn’t have much time to look at hers because I had to go up in the chair so I couldn’t comment on hers. I’m pretty bummed out that she didn’t see my whole profile because I have a whole playlist full of Frank Ocean and she loves Frank Ocean, like it’s her #1 artist that she listens to. When she came out to rotate for me she didn’t comment on anything about my playlists, my real question is. Does this act mean that she likes me or is it her just wondering what type of music I listen to, I usually don’t read too much into these types of scenarios I’m just wondering what this meant, it’s probably nothing and I’m just blowing this whole thing up hoping she likes me back but I just wanna hear other people’s opinions.
