Nelson is 20 years old. He's homeless and recently got a job as a nurse assistant at a nursing home for 12 dollars an hour. He works 7 hour shifts and only has two breaks. The boss tells Nelson when he can and can't use the toilet, when he can eat, and how he should talk too. Sometimes Nelson can handle the strict bathroom rules, but sometimes he can't hold it and runs to the bathroom unexpectedly. One day Nelson was working with a patient and nature was calling, he tried to ignore it but eventually he got up and told her that he needs to go and runs off. When he came back he told her not to tell the manager that he went to the toilet. The women told the manager anyway. The boss called Nelson lazy, no good, niga, slow, stupid and how he's too stupid to follow the rules dealing with old people. Nelson said he was sorry and he won't do it again. After lunch Nelson felt his stomach becoming upset and he knew that he couldn't hold it very long since he's been doing so for 8 hours so he told his boss and unfortunately had to change pants. The boss called Nelson pathetic and told him how he fails at everything.

A week later Nelson saw the boss touching one of the female workers inappropriately. She said stop and he said if we don't f! ck you are fired. Nelson confronted his boss and was eventually fired.
