I see people complain about being ghosted and others complain about the friend-zone so I thought yo myself.

If you had no alternatives which would you choose?

I’d preferably be ghosted, at least I know you don’t or have never particularly cared for me. This making it easier for me to move on. It seems to be the most honest way of say nothing.

If I were strung along/friend zoned, the person would know how I think to just keep around barely. It’d take a lot of willpower to be able to break said manipulation as it’s not like I know if they actually care for me anyway.

I know that the friend-zone and strung along aren’t mutually exclusive but they both take willpower to escape so I want to kind of categorize them similarly.

So I was with my girlfriend we ended up getting in a petty fight and broke up for a week in that week I met up with a girl from high school and we hit it of. I’m confused should I get back with my girlfriend that wants me back? Or should I try something new in this girl? I do love my girlfriend. But I’m also falling for this other girl. Here’s some details on both
My Girlfriend (Ex)
She’s Loyal I know she would never cheat, she’s completely in love with me, she would do anything for me, we have a lot in common, we of course love spending time together, very mature for her age, and we’ve been together for a year. We do share a house together NO Kids.

New Girl (Met in high school)
Very adventurous, we always have fun when we hang out, we do new and fun things, it’s new but feels real, we have great communication skills, we understand each other, she loves kids (which is a big thing for me), but maybe not as mature as some? If that makes sense.

I can see myself with both girls. They are both very different girls. I hate hurting one of them. But I can’t string along one of them either.
