And this person is always the lead singer? Bands from older generations had people liking the drummer, guitarist, bass player, and lead singer but now the only person anyone can name is the singer. The other guys don't even matter?

Do you think this is true? It's been irking me out lately.

First of all, let me just say that I wish no one should ever have to go through the pain of loving a PLAYER. Yes, a player. Most of us have been there sometime in life. I'm not talking about liking him/her, or thinking that him/her is cute, I'm talking about LOVE. Yes, love. If you've been in that situation, I wanna know, what happened? What did you do? Tell me your story!

I'll tell you my story, that it still happening right now.

Alright, So I met this guy named Will 2 1/2 years ago. We were friends, didn't talk much. But soon after that, we became best friends. I'm talking about Text-Him-All-Day-And-All-Night-Nonstop friends. We hung out alot, and we always had a lot of fun. But after I while, he started to like me, then love me, and then he was obsessed with me. He told me, but I shrugged it off, and just stayed friends (Because I didn't like him like that at the time.) So, after a year of being obsessed with me, he finally gave up.

...But that made me realize that I love him. It took me a year to realize it, but I finally knew I loved him. Alas, it was too late. Sure, he liked me, but he started moving on to other girls. Our relationship was a bumpy, confusing one. He loved me, and I love him back, but things were never the same. He had become a player. He still is a player. He will probably never stop being a player. So, hearing that he's dating a new girl every week... it hurts.

So, what did you do? Any advice for me?

I've tried moving on, but trust me, its impossible. You can't go from being best friends, to being nothing anymore. </3
