So, mum found out today that her bank account has less in it than she expected (was planning to go to the hardware store) so she checked the activity to see where the money has been going.

Found out that every day her partner has been buying lunch and breakfast (along with making lunch in the morning and taking that too) he had told her he wasn't eating breakfast anymore.

So thats thirty dollars up everyday that he has been spending, when he could have had breaky at home and made do with the lunch he brings.

here's the stupid part.

He meant to HIDE this from mum.

My mother, who is paranoid to the shit house, and is constantly finding faults in everything anyone does.

He meant to hide this from her, yet he paid with card.

Fucking idiot.

One for buying his food in the first place and not just making it at home, and two for paying with card when he meant to hide his transgressions.

Tell me, and vote please, the level of idiocy this is.

Guys, if a girl one day decided to want to be-friend you, started trying to talk to you, started to sit next to the desk next to yours, bought you a "breakfast" once in a while for no reason, was in general being nice to you in a friendly way, what would you think of her? Did you ever have a girl that was so persistent to become your friend? Would did things turn out if so?

Theirs this one guy that I found intriguing. Tough on the outside, probably a softie in the inside. I would see him very often since he was in band and I was a techie. I also had a class with him. At that time I had a boyfriend so I for sure never flirted with him, even though he is attractivd I look at him as more like a brother. So one day I just decided to be a friend to him. I would try making conversation with him. I friended him on Facebook which he accepted then after I senced he had warmed up to me, I messaged him. I even bought him a bag of chips that he refused to take even though they were his favorite. He still took them bc I said I was not going to tske no for an answer. I also bought him a coffee and Donut from Dunkin Donuts which he also refused to take but he did take them bc I again said I would not take no as an answer since I had already bought them specifically for him. We even have an inside joke, from the beggining I would try to give him a high five, but I was never able to because at the last second he would take his hand away. He has asked me multiple times why am I so nice to him? Why him? Thag there's a lot of cruel people in this world. I would respond with, I don't even know to be honest but not everyone is cruel.

My ex friends with benefits and I had the best sex I have ever had. Then he got a girlfriend, they were kind of rocky and one day he said that they got into a big fight and he isn't sure if they are getting back together. Well one morning not too long after this, I was about to go out and he called and asked what I was up to. We ended up getting breakfast together and then sleeping together. Last I heard he had broke up with his girlfriend, but apparently they got back together. I feel bad, and I guess he felt a little bad because he admitted it to me afterwards. He was asking if we are bad people and I just want to slap him because he is making himself look terrible. I really want to ask him how many girls he's cheated on just so I can get a scope on whether or not he is a sleeze bag or just made this mistake once or twice. I don't know why it matters, but I am just upset and curious. I would not have slept with him if I had known they were still together.

When we look at society, media, and even mytakes on gag we see it's all heavy aligned towards appeasing women and having good relationships towards the women.

However, there seems to be heavy neglect in maintaining good relationships towards men. Many women today believe the key to making their man happiness is just allocating out sex to them but that is very far from the truth. Our society tends to force young men to hide their emotions and we seem to forget that males are complex individuals who value other traits besides what's between a woman's legs.


Even on mother's day as a society we celebrate mothers and children are expected to show their appreciation for mothers, whether it's buying her presents or cooking her breakfast, being kind to her and showing her love. Yet, on fathers day most kids at best would show their thanks by either wishing their dad "happy father's day" or calling him and wishing him over the phone.
When we look at media tv shows/movies fathers are portrayed as incompetent and foolish. While mothers are portrayed as head of the household who should be respected.

The ratio of male to female suicide in our society today is 3.5:1. With 7 of 10 suicides being among white males.

With that being said is our society becoming more like a matriarch and we are neglecting men's happiness and maintaining good relationships with them?
