So that I don't gain weight, I spit my food out. Cereal, pretzels, cookies, bagels, etc. I will chew them and have a cup next to me that I spit them out in. And then I put the chewed food in the garbage disposal or toilet.
I do eat (and swallow) healthy food though. A normal day is toast with avocado and sunny side up eggs for breakfast, almonds for a snack, a green smoothie for lunch, some baby carrots for another snack, and then salmon and broccoli for dinner.
Right now is the time where I am tempted to binge on the junkfood. It is 9:30 and I really want a bowl of cereal. When I eat the cereal, I do swallow the milk. I spit out the actual cereal. Instead of doing that I decided to write this and ask for help.
It has been working, I normally would gain weight from all those sweets, but my weight has stayed the same. But what I started doing is not normal, and very addicting. It is hard to not go downstairs right now and binge. I live with my family so there is always food by the way that my mom gets.
I don't want to stop because I love the taste of all these foods so much! I love junk foods. But I don't want all that unhealthy crap in my body making my skin bad and making me gain weight. Ugh...
