I've been binge eating for years now I use to be so skinny and was active but now that my job just involves sitting for 8 hours a day I can't seem to get any exercise in. I eat when I'm stressed I eat when I'm happy and I just can't stop eating. Help

A few tips, for starting point:
take less. Of course, you can always return to the kitchen for more. But every time, take half the previous portion. It's mostly about showing your stomach portions can be smaller. Time is needed to get used to it, so don't rush it.
Have in the fridge more things you like less (but still you like them).
Make a grocery list, and don't buy things off the list. if you realize you forgot something, or you have caving for something out of the list, create a new list and add it there for the next shopping.
To make those changes, time is needed . Don't give up because something didn't work; just start from the beginning. After some time, you will notice changes, mainly in your way of thinking. Remember that changing the way you think and behave is the hardest thing you can expect from yourself. So be gentle and let yourself make mistakes.
• Start logging exactly what you eat into a calorie tracker app.
• Plan healthy meals & slowly start eating more for satiety (especially early in the day). Eat more dense, lower calorie, low glycemic load foods. Focus on ones with high quality sources of protein, healthy fats, & fiber.
• Start working out. Anything is better than nothing. It will increase satiety signals.
• Start weighing yourself daily & calculate an average of the numbers at the end of every week.
• Use what you've logged & calculated to help you adjust course. To cut out, add, or restructure things in a better way for you.
