first you need to NOTICE when it starts... looking in frij or cabinets... notice n think about the stress.

next drink a glass of water. stop smoking... because the down after a cigarette seems like nervous n stress but not real, just the down after nicotin. i know n stopd smoking. so can you.

depending on your health do exercise maybe pushups, strain that stress away repeating or

take a walk on a treadmill or around the block. good luck.

Eat something that tastes bad like kale or raw garlic when you crave food. Plenty of healthy Chinese vegetables in that category. Just avoid soursop which can give you Parkinson’s disease.

Anytime you want to change a habit you need to replace it with another. Instead of stress eating I suggest you go for a walk or a run or do some kinda bodyweight exercises. It’s good for your health. It’ll make you feel better emotionally because it balances hormones. You’ll think more clearly and you’ll be able to deal with your stressors more effectively.
