depending on your health do exercise maybe pushups, strain that stress away repeating or

Anytime you want to change a habit you need to replace it with another. Instead of stress eating I suggest you go for a walk or a run or do some kinda bodyweight exercises. It’s good for your health. It’ll make you feel better emotionally because it balances hormones. You’ll think more clearly and you’ll be able to deal with your stressors more effectively.
I listen to music and do something that makes you have to really put your mind to it.
Gum might help. Or you could just lean into the stress eating and replace your snacks with healthy alternatives like celery.

Well, if you’re gonna stress eat ieat a lot of fruit that’s tasty and healthy. Meanwhile, get a lot of exercise do some boxing training and hit the heavy bag.
One popular diet these days is only eating one big meal a day. Not sure how they do it.
