I’ve been eating out of boredom or stress lately and I don’t like it. I don’t know what exactly I should do tho to resolve this. Like I don’t have a job right now and I’m stuck at home most days either because I have to watch the pets or because I’m told I can’t leave that day. Im trying to work on being able to leave more but when I can’t leave I’m more bored than anything (probably part of my ADD) I don’t even enjoy the things I used to anymore.

I've been eating a lot too but that's because I have a physically active job now and I'm hungry all the time.
If you're eating out of boredom then you should just find something to distract yourself. Otherwise try and use up some of the energy you get from eating. Are you worried about gaining weight?
