If today were Election Day I would proudly vote for Trump. I absolutely hate how he is being treated as guilty until proven innocent which is exactly how men in the USA are being treated. Chapter 7 can be filed for multiple reasons. One of the more common ones bieng a sudden tax increase or and here's a key one here. If in real estate the individual whom had leased or purchased the property cannot meet thier obligations, or if the value of the property has droped below the previous market value.

That's half true. Bidens executive order canceling the keystone pipeline most certainly had an pact on oil prices by causing oil futures to skyrocket. But I agree most of the inflation damage has been caused by democrat govoners at the state level. Caused by everything from over extended covid lockdowns in 2020 to rampant unchecked crime.
I'd also throw a lot of blame at illegal immigration which is causing a majority of the housing inflation.
