Do you follow your gut instinct, whether you are religious or not?

I get this prodding intuition that tells me not to do something and I listen to it. Today I was going to post on my private social media account that I would block people who called me on the phone on behalf of people who did not have my phone number because if somebody I used to talk to every week was not given my contact information there was a strong reason for it. Then I was prodded very severely not to post that on social media. I also get a repetitive idea not to fight my enemies through my own initiative, even if they seem very easy to defeat, that doing that would be bad for me.

All your gut instinct is, is your subconscious piecing together past experiences and observations to predict the most likely outcome. It takes not only your experiences but that of other people's that you've heard about.

Let me put it this way - I believe in God/Great Spirit what ever term you'd like to use, but I don't have anything to do with any religion as I find the to be self serving.

I really believe that intuition comes from The Creator of the Universe and All Things. I learn how to trust my gut feeling. I used to fail at that when I was younger. But my intuition never has been wrong. It's always been right.
