Okay, so I was doing the usual single thing, getting to know people, going on a date here and there, etc.

There was one guy I had the hots for - I'm very attracted to him (he's the guy of my dreams looks wise but a bit of a dick) and we have the same interests. He was like a better version of my ex boyfriend. But it became clear that he was just looking for sex, and I was looking for more. We have never had sex or kissed or anything.

Anyway. We hadn't spoken for some time, and then I send him a message which said "hey how are you? Xx" simply because it occurred to me at work one day we hadn't spoken in a few weeks. After he didn't reply, I curiously went on his Facebook and discovered he had deleted me. A couple of days later, he sent me a message "Fancy a shag tonight? Xx" and I ignored it. I had made my feelings of being just sex clear. The next day I had a message which said "Oioi". And again, I ignored it. This was last month.

Since then, I have recently started seeing someone. We are in a relationship together. And I was with him last night and I get a message from the old guy - "Fancy a shag? Xx" and I didn't want to tell my boyfriend about it but he said "it's upsetting you, please tell me" and I did. I asked him not to message the guy, I would deal with it.

So. Do I:

A. Completely ignore it and hope he gets the message; after all he deleted me off Facebook, he'll forget me eventually?
B. Send him a message along the lines of "I'm confused why you're messaging me. You deleted me off Facebook which says to me either I did something wrong, or you're ashamed of me. But I think you should know, I'm seeing someone else. I want to be friends, we have a lot in common but I understand if you don't feel the same."
Or C. something completely different.

**Side note, the old guy is a musician and music producer and I'm a musician, so I have a bit of an interest from a work point of few to remain friends. But I'm 21 and he's 20; if that effects it**

Ok, so I'm aware that not all guys do this, or maybw its just me, but when I've talked to guys who aren't my friends, when we find a common interest during the conversation they often use the interest to start new conversations in the future with me.
For example, if we both like a certain musician, the next time he'd see me he'd ask 'have you heard...'s new song' or 'whats your favourite song by...' or something like that. I know it doesn't sound like a problem but when he keeps on bringing the common interest up (daily) after 4 months of being acquainted, it gets kind of boring. Is it nerves? Or lack of interest in me? If its the latter, I can't see why someone who isn't interested in me friendship or relation wise would continue to go out of their way to ask me and talk with me about the interest we share. Help?
