Okay so I like this boy and my friend told him I liked him and I asked her what did he say and she said he smiled. and now he knows and every time I see him in the hallway he is always staring at me? I don't really know him that well and I want to talk to him but I'm scared the only thing I said to him is hey and he said wassup. I want to get to know him but I don't have any classes with him and I dot know what to say and I'm nervous and last week I was going to go up to him and talk to him but I found out he just got a new girlfriend and they just started dating And now every time I see him it is awkward. Like today I saw him with his girlfriend at lunch together and when he was about to leave my friend pulled him and said u remember the girl I told you about who likes you and he said yeah and he smiled at me and walked away. Please help me. Do you guys think he likes me? And should I just forget about him cause now he got a girlfriend?

so when i went to middle school, i didn't have friends for one reason. my physical appearance the kids were either afraid of me, disgusted that i didn't have the best have the best looking face, or hated me. 9 know hate is a strong word but yeah people did. i could smile at a boy and he'd be scared. ( one eye goes up when i smile and my face is covered in wrinkles) all i had to do was talk to a guy/ girl and he'd be grossed out by the fact i have lazy eye, its the same way for girls. that's hoe i was viewed as the most disgusting thing ever and people would run away from me in flocks. the birds always stayed but all the other kids would run away from me with horror when i walked there way. years later after entering high school i was thinking of getting eye muscle surgery so fix my eyes- or do you think im taking the looks thing too far? and i care to much of what other people think for applying for such a horrible looking surgery?

So i met him on a cruise and we hit it off really well. He is the first boy that i have ever felt like this for and he is always on my mind. We would talk for hours until 2-3 in the am and hang out, look at the stars, cuddle, and just smile while staring at eachother. I think he is perfect and he compliments me all the time. He tells me that he cares a lot for me and wants to see me again and we were talking about dating and getting to know eachother better so that we could be a strong couple. He was super polite and very protective over me. If another boy talked to me and tried to flirt he would get super protective and kiss me in front of them. Just being close to him my heart was going crazy and i became really attached to him. He would wake me up in the morning and we would spend the whole day together. We sat in my room for hours just saying everything that we liked about eachother. He said that he had feelings for me that he couldnt explain and couldnt bear to see me cry. As soon as the cruise was over everything changed. Within 2 days of us keeping in touch he told me that "logic hit him" and that we couldnt keep a relationship because he didn't know if he could get time off to come see me because i live 5 hours away and he is starting college soon on top of the job that he has. He doesn't have a lot of money and he thinks that it won't work out. He told me that he didn't want to loose me in any way shape or form out of his life but he tells me he wants to be friends. He asked me what i thought and i told him that i was hurting and that i with in his eyes that i was worth the effort to at least try and make it work instead of giving up so fast but in return he told me, that he doesn't think im not worth it because im worth so so so much and it is just can't happen with what is comming up in our lives. Our families plan to meet up soon and im kind of scared to see him because i dont know what to say or how to act because i know my feelings for him are not normal.
