Search Results: a guy friend i''ve known

i like this guy in one of my classes, but I can't tell if he likes me.

when a mutual friend was talking to him about who he likes, he said no one, and the people he thought were "cute" was other girls.

but he has instant messaged me on facebook twice (the first time ended with him asking for my number), he has "liked" a few of my pictures and posts, and he started a poke war that's been going on for like a month.

last week after class, he waited until I got out of my seat and walked ahead and held the door open for me. he then asked how I was and told me I should text him later because he'd lost my number.

ive caught him looking at me from quite a distance, and in class.

yesterday he pointed out that we had the same kind of cookies, and he held my gaze with a smile for a moment longer than most people. he also asks me for gum every few days, and I get the impression he's finding a reason to talk to me.

we don't talk much outside of that class because we have completely different friends, other than saying a quick hi.

referring back to the beginning of this post and the fact we don't talk much, I don't know if he likes me or those nice things (compliments, holding the door) are just kind of coincidental.

whats your opinion? does he like me, or is it coincidence?
