I've been talking to this guy online and the feeling is quite strong. We've been through a series of ups and downs and we are finally going to meet tomorrow. What affects me is my looks. I've sent him my selfie before and he said I'm really cute but the thing is selfies don't show half of the things. They don't show my poor complexion, severe acne and acne scars. They don't show my blemishes. I have pretty serious skin problem. I have hinted this to him before and he told me "whether you are cute or not irl, you are still you and i like you. looks don't matter." but how can it be possible that looks don't matter? I really feel like he won't like me when he sees me irl and it'll be so embarrassing. He keeps reassuring me that he will but i think he only says that because he doesn't believe that I'm as ugly as i say i am. He even hinted that he prepared stuff for me tomorrow to make the date memorable for me. I feel like I'm going to disappoint him. Please don't tell me i feel that I'm ugly only because I'm insecure. Ugliness is subjective but things like bad skin can be seen by everyone. Do you think he will still like me despite me being physically unattractive?
