I’m going to make this as short as possible. I’ve known this girl for about 2 years now. We recently started talking more and i’ve been starting to like her more, but not sure if she feels the same. Recently I took her out to dinner and movies, and it seemed like we both had a great time. She’s usually the one that initiates conversations first (texting). She texted me after I dropped her off at home and we kept messaging each other for about 4 days straight. BUT, during that time I asked her out again and she said she was busy and did not suggest another day. I may be overthinking this. I figured she might be interested because she seems to like talking to me but then again she doesn’t seem to want to hangout too consistently. Instead she rather hangout like once or twice a month. Based off this little information, is this a bad or good sign?

So I've about had it with my clingy girlfriend. She acts like a child when I say I'm busy and she listens to her shitty ass friends when they clearly don't want us together. Now she's starting showing her ass at work because she's, "so mad" and I'm over it

For example, I spend my time with my guy friends at work because I'm a man and I need to hang around other men, it's healthy and it helps me. I'll ve standing there talking and she'll come up out of nowhere and butt into the conversation and say something gross or inappropriate (she came apologizing for farting last week 😷). Today was the final straw! I found out about a job opening at our facility, it was for something kinda related to management and I figured it would be great work experience for me since I'm a film major and I want to start working the movie sets again after graduation.
Here she comes talking about how she knows she's gonna get it and watching me try to fill out the application 😐

I'm tired of it. She texts me every morning, evening, and night, then she makes smart comments about me not talking to her 😑. First of all I am genuinely a busy man. I'm trying to pay for my first car, I'm trying to pass college (I already failed a prerequisite math class) and I'm trying to save money and survive everyday. The last thing on my mind is bullshitting around with her 😐. I have never met a girl that does this shit, hell most girls are busy themselves!

Ok but enough ranting, what do you all think? Am I wrong for not giving her constant attention?(even more so since she's been acting like a shit apple) and do you have any advice on how to ease out of the relationship since my mom thinks I'm wrong for "breaking her heart" 😑
