I tried to redeem Xper points 5 days ago... To this day they aren't yet redeemed... Why is this? I read the rules - I haven't redeemed anything for over 2 months... so it can't be the rule that it's too many times...

Do you think people should get reminded more/given more Xper points when you select an answer as most helpful?
I feel like some people don't always/never select an answer as helpful. This is somewhat dissapointing because you miss out on loads of Xper points and the MHO% rating.
