Today, he turned his body and pointed his feet towards me across the classroom while my teacher was talking. And when i was sitting opposite him with another dude, he sat face to face towards me with his feet pointing at me for awhile. And when he was talking, his eyes made eye contact with mine and then he glanced at my hoodie and then repeated that. He also kept fidgeting while talking when I sat in front of him and beside him but sat still when I was not near him.

-invaded my personal space by standing super close to me (sleeves touching) for 15 mins straight while leaving a foot in between him and another guy
-waited for me after class for me to sign in while he talks to another dude that looks like he wanna leaves.
-watches as I open my water bottle and drank water
-always pays attention to me as I speak
-Complimented me on a team feedback and said I had nothing to improve on while my other guy teammates had things for me to improve on
-constantly points his feet towards me

Today we met as a group and my teammates were reading their parts and this guy looked at the ground but when i was reading my part, he kept looking at me ( i saw from the corner of my eye because he was sitting diagonal from me). And when we had to leave, he kept sticking by me and looking at me but i left quickly because i had to run to my next class. Is he trying to make a move soon or something?

Previously, he did these:
- When I sat next to him, he kept swaying in the swinging chair and his legs kept swinging towards me (well maybe because he is sitting near a wall).
- We were discussing when to meet next and I couldn't make my team's time and so I suggested another timing and he immediately said he could make it without even checking his schedule or hesitating.
- There were 2 sides of doors and I was walking pretty slowly while another guy was walking faster so he could be behind him but instead he chose to be behind me. And so i opened it and turned my head and he was really close to me.
- makes eye contact with me but doesn't look away
- stood super close to me (sleeves touching) for 15 mins during a presentation
- waited for me while talking to another dude as I sign in for attendance after class
- glances at me while i drink water and when i'm not looking
