Definition:
Surrogacy is when a woman makes an agreement with other people to become pregnant for them so they can get the child she gave birth to. It's often sterile people who hire a surrogate and it's planned. Children in regular adoptions are usually not planned.

My opinion:
I think it should be illegal since it's taking away more orphans' opportunity to get adopted by a nice family. There's extremely many orphans, so why not adopt them instead of being greedy and paying people to make children for you? I believe some people are born sterile for a reason. While it's not proven yet, I think both sterile and homosexual couples are born that way so they can take care of children who needs it as an evolutionary trait. (Off course only some people wants kids regardless if they're sterile or not. But we need both people who can procreate and sterile ones)

I mean, if the human as a specie is supposed to survive - then more people would survive if someone voluntarily takes care of the children. Especially in a world with many irresponsible people we needs the sterile one. Many children would definitive die if they wasn't adopted because their biological parents lied around. I'm as much against surrogacy as abortion. #Surrogacy #Surrogate #MyBodyMyChoice

This is just ONE argument i hear on the pro-choice side of the abortion argument. Its often a response to a pro-lifer saying 'why not just adopt instead of abort?' to which a pro-choice person might say 'adoption agencies and foster homes are terrible for kids, I'd rather abort the baby then put them through that life.'

So do you agree with that? its better to abort a baby then put it through a terrible adoption agency?
