So this guy went to elementary school with me and I absolutely hated him because he would constantly tease me. I went to a different middle school but ended up going to the same high school as him. So in some classes I had to sit next to him and I can't tell if he likes me. I dont talk to him alot. First, was homecoming week. I just saw him with his friends since one of them was asking a girl to hc and they had a sign. I was walking and i was like I don't know 30 feet away him and his group were walking too and they kept shouting hey girl in the green shirt! I kept walking and didn't turn around but I was the only girl in a green shirt. He showed other signs of asking me to hc but it never happened. He didn't have a date. Another time he sat next to me in class and he kept dropping his pencil next to me (3 or 4 times). A third reason was when he didn't sit next to me he was really quite but then he sat next to me he tried to get me to talk more in groups and always volunteered me in saying what I thought. Another time we got new seats and I was im his group. A person tried to sit in my seat and he said in a kinda demanding voice "Sorry that seat is saved for Samantha." And the guy backed off.. that was the only time he called me Samantha (everyone calls me Sammie). Also in the class i have with him, he stares a lot at me but that just might be me being paranoid. Also last week since it was summer my friend had a pool party so we posted pics on instagram. He follows 2 of those friends at the party and he liked 1 of the pictures. I did a little looking around and he hasn't liked any of her pictures except that one. I looked through all the other girl's instagrams and he never liked their pictures only that one with me. He didn't follow me back on ig when I followed him. Do you think he likes me or not? Idc if you think he doesn't I just want a truthful answer. Do you think I like him? Because I think about him maybe kinda a lot but I dont get those "butterflies".

I went on only one date with a guy I used to go to junior high with. I'm 18 now and he's 20 now. He found me on Facebook through mutual friends and asked me to go on a date for Starbucks and a movie. I eventually found out he had dated about 4 other girls we went to school with and I don't want to be just another girl he dated from the same school. He has only taken two class at a junior college and doesn't seem motivated to look for a summer job, where as I'm in a 4 year university and been applying at various places. So him not really doing much with his life bothers me. I'm also not that physically attracted to him but he has an energetic personality and is very confident. I'm not saying I'm perfect at all, but I would be attracted to someone who is very motivated to get an education and working! He's kind but texts me every single day of every single minute when I'm busy or going to job interviews. Am I being too harsh on the guy? Should I give it another date? When I genuinely like a guy I love texting with him and I feel those butterflies in my stomach when I see him. I haven't felt like that with this guy...at least not yet. Please, I need specific advice! Thank you.
