I meet this person at college doing the same course and we became friends. we were just friends as we lived in different citys but I've moved to their town 1.5 years ago and now working at the same place and next to their station so we talk a lot. We spend a lot of Friday nights trying different resturants and going to the gym during the week. we normaly spend 8-10 hours a day together plus hanging out Friday night and weekends. Over the last year we have been growing closer and the last 2-3 months we have created a "Flirtationship" but there is a few factors keeping it from becoming a relationship like 6 year gap, risking a very good friendship, etc. A friend of both of us that dont know anything about current situation recently been messaging both of us trying to get us to date because they think we would be perfect together but i think we both intend on just staying friends because of the factors involved. I am single and never been into a relationship and they are currently ending a relationship because they are not happy together so they are looking for 2 bedroom apartment so they can get a roomie to save up for a house in the near furture. im currently renting and unable to save to buy a home either so the converation came up many times about becoming the roomie for a year or 2 to be able to buy a home each. we have had serious converations talking about different stuff that might come up and what we expect from this arangement, this is not something either of us is taking lightly. its a pretty complicated situation with its risks and rewards. if i move in as a roomie I wouldn't try and become anything more just to prevent it from being awakward but on that note I dont think either of us want anthing more. there's many benifits to moving together. Its a pretty complicated situation with many factors.
