There’s this guy who works at the same company I do. We don’t see each other much anymore, though we used to see each other all the time. When I would see him a lot before, I was positive he liked me (because of how he acted, the flirting, the laughing, the nervousness) but neither of us made a move. I got a different job so I’m on an entirely different floor now, and have been for about 6 months. I happened to look him up on Facebook, and saw he began a new relationship a few months ago.
I ran into him the other day and it was the same energy. I talked to him for a while. He seemed so nervous, and so excited when he found out we had a hobby in common. It just doesn’t feeel like a normal guy talking to me. It feels like he likes me.

Is it too late for me to do anything?

So I’ve caught my boyfriend texting other girls in the past. But it was a looooong time. And since then he’s let me have access to his social media. I know his phone password, Instagram password, and he pretty much lets me check his phone anytime I want.

the only password he won’t let me have is his Facebook. He gave it to me twice and then changed it right after both times.
and of course my insecure ass assumes it’s probably because he’s texting girls

so I made a fake fb (along with an IG) to message him and flirt a little bit. I started with “you look super familiar” which he reponds “you do too. I think we were friends on my old Facebook”

the conversation was mostly him asking me questions. I asked him a couple times if he has a girlfriend which he didn’t answer.
he even kept asking for us to talk on FaceTime. and then he says “Btw you realize we can only be friends 😂”
and I get a little relieved.

But then not that much later he asks “are you freaky or shy”
which like... is not really a friendly question.
thats all he’s said, he hasn’t responded to me despite being online.

he has suspicions that the account is fake, so I can’t keep it going much longer but I really want to catch him saying more.

the ‘freak’ question is not good enough for me to jump and call him a cheater. So I don't know.

Will my friends with benefits become something more?

- He calls me his girl but introduces me to his mum as his friend & then a girl he brought home, even though we've met before.
- He now calls our "hangouts" "dates" & he pays for everything
- He doesn't like it when other guys flirt with me
- His phone is getting replaced so he gave me 2 ways of contacting him - facebook and temporary number
- He tells me that 2 weeks of not seeing me feels like a lifetime
- He took me back to his but he didn't want to have sex.
- We're super affectionate in public during the day, night & at parties.
- He said that he's physically attracted to me but he's more attracted to me as a whole person.
- When I start treating him like he's my boyfriend e. g. holding him so he wouldn't leave for work, kissing his hands when he's holding me. He called me cute and was smiling
- And one of his favourite ways of having sex is when we go slow, holding each other's hand, looking into each others eyes and kissing.

And the thing is, we were only friends for 1 work shift... But we were always flirting like crazy.
