So from my experience, depending on whether they take good care of their skin or not, darker girls have either overly rough skin or overly soft skin.

By "darker", I mean pretty much just any darker girl in general... from light brown tan olive skin some Latinas/Hispanic girls and Asian girls have, to dark brown skin lots of African girls have, just basically any darker skin in general.

When they just let their skin do it's own thing, and don't keep well-hydrated and such, it starts to go rather grey in some areas (referred to as "ashy"), and feels really rough. None of the white women I've been with ever had such rough skin.

But when do they have some sort of skincare routine and keep well-hydrated, their skin feels like heaven. It also looks really good. It looks perfectly brown, not ashy at all, and shines. None of the white women I've been with have ever had such soft skin.

Is it just coincidence, or is it REALLY a thing?

Now, don't take this the wrong way. I am in no way trying to insult black people or mean any harm asking this question but decided to ask out of curiosity. I ask because I notice how the rest of the other Non-White racial and ethnic groups don't get too easily offended by words or politically incorrect remarks. I've observed a lot of Jews, Hispanics, Whites and Asians who could take racist and Anti-Semitic jokes at their own expenses but with Black people, it seems like they can hardly ever take a joke. You can just mention the N-word in front of black people (even if you didn't say the N-Word intended as an offensive context but rather in a joking way) and that's the easiest way to piss them off and get decked in the face.

I know not all Blacks are this way but it just seems like they're the one racial and ethnic group who couldn't take as much of a joke as Hispanics, Whites, and East Asians can.
