He's always been nice to me but he is also nice to everyone. The only things that make me think he likes me:
1. He is always looking at me whenever I look over at him. But in a friendly way.
2. If he sees me in the break room he will always stop by and sit and talk to me even if he has somewhere to be.
3. He asked me to be involved in his committee he's apart of even though it was already maxed out with people and I have no interest in, but he encouraged me to be a part of it. I will end up having to work with him quite a bit on this committee.
4. He tries to spark conversations with me whenever I see him.
5. He's literally always watching me. He was talking about something with a huge group of people and I made a confused face, and he asked me if I was confused. Even though the face was for a brief second and I was actually just looking at my phone in my lap.

It could be anything, but thoughts?

First i'm a girl and I went on a date with this guy and it went really well I felt chemistry and it's weird because we have lots in common. I felt like myself with him. I was laughing and genuinely having a good time. We had deep conversations and it flowed really easily like I never once felt awkward with him I just felt comfortable. We spent like 9 hours together and it didn't feel at all like that. We were huggy. At the end and beginning. And I could see it working! Like we are cute!! but I've not fallen in love with him. Can that happen later? Is there no set time to feel the spark? I already feel like we would be really good friends. And we flirt well. I only want to fall in love if the feeling was mutual but was wondering how it works? I've only ever fallen in love randomly with guys it could be little time etc..
