Search Results: would you convert religions

I ask this for a number of reasons. My first wife had to covert to the Roman Catholc Faith. I did not insist on this, the pressure came from outside. My son is in a long term relationship with a Muslim Girl. She is a very adorable person and Western Educated but he is being pushed to convert to Islam. I personally advised against that, it is incompatible with the civilised world. Hs choice ultimately and I would not stop him. So, where does your Faith govern (or restrict even) your personal relationships?

I support it personally. I hate people being divided by "cultures" and stuff like that.

I saw a list recently around here, about "American habbits, that other countries don't understand" or sth like that, and i freaked out.

not to mention the "countries" questions i see daily

I was wondering why people let different cultures devour themselves? Wouldn't it be better if we shared the same culture?

I hate seeing world's citizens (that's how we should be callled imo) clashing with each other saying "is this a thing in your country/culture?"... why can't we have same habbits?

Generally i believe we're all Earthians, sharing the same skeleton, why do we let religions, cultures, races, languages and stupid stuff like that divide us is out of my knowledge.

My opinion is to abolish religions, convert ourselves into atheists, make English world's official language and have one set of laws worldwide under one unified country. that would be the absolute equality that we're seeking for, and as a result the world would be much better
