Here's the story:

Earlier last week, my best friend and I got into this huge argument. He was being very rude and disrespectful towards me and it really hurt my feelings. Instead of causing a scene, I just walked away. Since we work together and he's my boss, I couldn't avoid him. As we are working he ask me about an activity in my class. I didn't have enough stuff to do the activity the way he wanted so he got mad at me again and started yelling at me. Once again I walked away. I realized that I had another activity that could have been done so I walked back to where he was, but I heard him talking bad about me to two other girls that work with us. That really ticked me off because he's suppose to be my friend. I know what I did next is really immature but, I rather hold my tongue than say something and possibly get fired. I stopped speaking to them.

Then later on that day, one of the girls who was talking about me with him earlier, told my cousin that I didn't do my job and I deserve to be written up for it and bad mouthing me. Still trying to be the bigger person in this situation, I just shrugged it off, when my cousin told me about it.

Then my best friend comes to me yelling and cursing at me saying that I made the girl who told my cousin the stuff cry. So by now I am LIVID. I tell him to leave me alone and I walk around him going back to my car. He grabs me and tells me I'm stupid and childish and I should go and apologize to the girl. I tell him as politely as I can, which probably was very polite but I didn't yell or curse, that I'm not apologizing because I didn't do anything to her.

For the rest of the week I don't speak to either of them. Then on Thursday night he, my best friend, texts me asking me if I was still up. I don't reply to the text. So the next morning while we're cleaning up, he comes to me asking me why am I not talking to him. I did the childish thing and I ignored him and he continued to ask me throughout the day. Right before I got ready to leave he tried talking to me one last time and I just ignored him. I think I hurt his feelings because I talked to everyone else (except the chick) and not him. So he tells one of our other friends, f*** me and he's finished trying to talk to me.

Now I feel bad because we've been friends for a long time and we've been through a lot. I really want to be his friend again, but I feel like he shouldn't have acted the way he did and then act like he is innocent and doesn't know what he did wrong.

What should I do?

I seem to be caught in a love triangle between one of my best guy friends from school and his ex. Him and I have had feelings for each other for about a year but both of us have been dating other people until a couple months ago.

He visited me a couple months ago and kissed me when he was still with his girlfriend. They ended up breaking up, and we have been talking more ever since. I went to visit him and he was very sweet, holding me a lot and kissing me and it felt nice that we could finally get a chance to see what happens between us.

His ex was furious she found out I went to visit, she asked a couple of my friends to spy on us and is super immature and draws him in with sex. I got a text from him last night saying that we might be better of as just friends, and of course it's because his ex went to visit.

I told him to be a man and call me and I said I get you still care about your ex, but do you care about me? And he said of course he does.

Our mutual friends say that he really likes both of us, but is bad with distance which both his ex and I are far away from him right now and he really just focuses on who is there at that moment. When I visited he ignored the many texts and calls he got from his ex. All of our mutual friends say they want him to make a decision, which I want too but I'm not about to wait around.

Now I'm stuck because I've cared about him for so long, but I don't like to get myself in the middle of dramatic situations and I'm not about to give up being single with the way he is acting. I'm still bummed and just can't let go. What can I do?
