There is this girl I met a few years ago, and we dated. Nothing happened at that time, as I was just out of a long relationship, and after a big argument, we stopped talking for two years. She appeared out of the blue one and a half month ago, asking me out. We went out, and since then, excepting a few days, she contacts me every day, asking me to meet. She even kept daily contact when I left the country for one month.

Lately, it happened for her to call me and ask if I want to spend time with her multiple times a day, after we have already seen each other in the same day. Also, it happened a few times to tell her that I can't meet her on that day, and that we'll go out the next day, and she made sure to call next day early in the morning to make sure I can make plans with her.

I can't really say we get intimate, we make a lot of body contact, and she usually sits really close to me, sometimes leaning on me, but that is about all. When we rarely go out with other people, she almost always makes lots of body contact with me. She sometimes seems to get jealous, acting totally different and rude when I deal with other women.

I don't understand what is happening, it doesn't look like things are advancing, even if I try to. I also considered being in the friendzone, but from my experience, friendzoned people aren't contacted daily, even multiple times a day. Her wanting to spend more and more time with me, wanting to meet multiple times a day, also rises a question mark. Jealousy also makes things more strange.
People seeing us together and the way we act are sure we are in a relationship.

The only thing that sounded like a rejection is that she told me she is lately interested in older guys, like 30yo, she being 20. I am 21, and a bit in love with her.

It is hard to explain everything in such a limited space, but I hope you guys can understand what I mean. Please tell me what you think, and give me some advice.

ME and her are co-workers. and I know her for 6 months. I am sure she is single and we did hung out alone and she was very happy about it. we flirted well, she invited me to her house and gave intro to her parents and I gradually developed feelings for her and one day when we were speaking I said I like her and her family too. she firstly took it lightly and again I stressed and she understood I was serious. She said "I am two years older than you". She kindly said no & she said "I like you and you are so nice to me and all". then we were like normal. suddenly from next week on, I am being avoided by her like I am a plague. I try to spk as if her avoidance don't affect me and I say hi and bye or greet her when I see her in food court. She is nice girl I don't want to loose her. but I don't want to chase and make her uncomfortable. As I want her to accept me in her own terms. she is a nice woman and I did not even try to pressurize by asking why she is acting rude or different lately. after 6 weeks passed on my b'day i presenter her Ferrero rochar choc and she accepted reluctantly and after that incident she strtd to flrt tease me and makes fun of me then starts smiling and laughing afterward... is this something girls do when they like a guy? this girl is 2 years elder to me. But we still flirt and joke a lot. I feel this new found openness makes conversation easy? Why this girl is so self conscious around me and avoids my eye contact when we are in cafeteria and when i catch her eye she looks more than 2-5 seconds before we break it. She knows i like her. She rejected me earlier. Now Two mths passed. When she knows i am around she is so conscious in her appearance and way she talks. But around her friends she is her normal confident flirty type. She does this only to me. Other guy frnz she is outgng as hell.. i am not jealous. I like her for the way she is and who she is... She is not awkwrd. Tht stage is over, tdy she started to call my phone like old times.
