I met a guy on a dating site about 5 years ago. We hung out maybe 2 times after. The first year we knew each other we didn't have sex toghther. The second year we did after not hanging out all that time. He always makes plans with me but rarely follows threw. I got pissed at him for a while for something he said & i blocked him. He stayed blocked for about 6 months. The whole time I had a feeling that he still texted me out of curiousity I unblocked him. Not even a week later I got a hey text from him he texted me almost weekly just hey nothing else for about 2 months. ( wanted to see if he was going to say something else eventually.) finally I asked him why he still text me If I haven't responded in a long time. I forgot what he said, but we ended up hanging out again. Then back to the same thing were he'd text me & stand me up. I chaned my number. I had posted something one day online with out a picture & he wrote it but he typed my old user name with a? mark. Like asking If it was me with out putting my name on it. I dont know but I thought it was cute that he still remembered my user name even tho I don't remember his. we hung out again 1 time Back to the no shows again. I moved & told him I'm not coming back... 3 weeks after I come back I didn't tell him but he texted me and asked if I was back like he knew I was or something & ask to hang out. Last night I asked him why he only hangs out with me once a year his response was "idk. I've always liked you". I was going to write "well you should stop blowing me off so much and date me" instead I wrote "once a year" Basically do you think he actually likes me or he just wants to know I'm around if there's no one else... I like him but all this blowing me off stuff is getting old. Some times he doesn't text me for months tho. so Also wondering If It seems like he is mayb only cotantacting me after break ups?

So, my ex-boyfriend , apologized to me on his birthday, am trying to figure out if there is an agenda to this, we dated for a whole year, things were never easy with him... he broke up with me, then later on we got back together , but it was more of an on and off kind of relationship. The distance, coz his school was out of the city, made our relationship fail , we hardly saw each other and i think because i wasn't much of a party animal as him, we drifted apart more, so i called it off on whatever relationship we had and tried to move on, but he kept coming back and dissapearing when i tried to make things work. He has this tendancy of being revengeful and all, but i honestly love him with all my heart. I had vowed that i was gonna move on and live my life, until recently he texted me on his birthday apologizing for what he did to me, the apology wasn't specific at all, i accepted the apology, things were fine, but i wasn't fine, i was still hurting inside coz i wanted him to be specific and to actually mean it, and to do actions that showed that he was indeed sorry. So we ended up arguing and out of anger, because he was very rude to me , i told him that i had a boyfriend and that i had moved on, which was a lie coz i dont really have one yet, well... he was shocked that i had one, which puzzled me, because i dont think, he ever felt like i could move on, or that i had it in me to move on from him. So , he's been quiet for a while now, and i dont know what to do... I don't know why i l have this feeling that he still loves me, but i dont know if he's gonna come back this time, am tired of this games and i dont know if i should tell him the truth and come clean that i dont have a boyfriend, and i want him back, coz no one is perfect and we all make mistakes? or just block him out and move on?
