I will make this short. I met my best friend at my job. We have become close friends to a point we can talk about anything. I'm a guy (21) and she is a girls (20). I am there anything to support her. Then her second boyfriend, they moved into sex 1 month later, which I told her was too fast. the guy ended up breaking her heart. But for some instances, I ended up falling in love with her after that break up because we got closer from it. I told her but she said she doesn't look at me the same way back. She is afraid to lose our friendship. That hurt me a lot. So now, 1 week after the breakup, she found another guy. But this guy was going to use her for sex and I know because i talked to that guys ex and she said the same thing. Now, my good mornings to my best friend are weak because she only expects them from the guy she's dating. What I'm saying is, we acted like our friendship was like relationship, but now, her emotions of friendship goes to the new guy. I told her, I want to leave because I don't have a purpose here, when I have to watch the girl I like, love someone else. She told me she needed me and want me to stay. But how can I stay when she pushes me away day by day? I just don't know what to do. Do you girls see a problem here? I am the typical nice guy who wanted a chance with his best friend, but his best friend doesn't want to ruin the friendship. But at the same time, She is pushing me away and she said she is afraid afraid of letting me in closer because of what her ex did. Before we met, she asked when we see each other, is it a date or just hangout? so i said : it depends on you, if you see me as a friend, it will just hangout. if you see me as a boyfriend, it will be a date.
