From what I've been told by many people, having too many Ws on a transcript will only look bad if you plan on doing a graduate programs and that for undergraduate programs, it doesn't matter as long as your grades and GPA are good. Just wondering since I've have had so many withdrawals from many of my classes in community college due to financial, personal, and work-related matters that was interfering with my study time a lot and negatively affected my academic performances. My first several withdrawals (all in my very first semester) was because I took far more classes than I can handle and I had a major change. The rest of my Ws were because of school and work balance difficulty and sometimes, occasional struggles with trying to pass certain classes. I've already got accepted by ASU anyway after applying but I'm still wondering anyway if still looks bad in the future.
