So basically whats your guys thoughts on like starting a workout with one heavy compound movement for each day as in push is bench, pull is deadlift,& then legs is squat for like lower reps. Then afterwards doing bodybuilding style accessories? (kind of how david laid and his jersey juice squad do) would this be more beneficial than bodybuilding/hypertrophy style training in terms of putting on size since it helps achieve progressive overload in the accesories as well because you gain strenght through the compounds?

Please let me know if i am right or wrong and why, thx!
