I'm dating a girl. We doesn't call ourself girlfriend and boyfriend It's too early for that.

We have been on several dates. But she already thinks I'm too fat. Well she doesn't say the word fat. But she gives me hints she think i'm too fat. Like "I think you eat too much food.", "You would be a great santa claus.", "Maybe you should have one or two days per week when you don't eat any food."

This girl is skinny and yes I am a little bit overweight. I am trying to loose weight but it's not easy. And the eval words from her mouth are not helping.

We started talking to each other on Facebook, before we met each other for the first time She had (and still have) many pictures with great texts. Like "age and height and weight are just numbers."
She already knew when we met I was not skinny. She was fine with that. But it's easy saying that on internet.

All of her ex boyfriends are skinny.

She said I'm the most adorable and wonderful guy in the world, really funny guy who makes her laugh. When we are not together she said she miss me a lot. But we are only seeing each other one day per week. I don't think she miss me as much she saying. We living in the same city and can see each other anytime we wants.

I want to have sex with her, but she doesn't want that now. She wants to wait until we are official boyfriend and girlfriend. I think she only saying that because I doesn't turn her on.

Yes I can keep loosing weight but it's not easy. And I don't want to be skinny as her old boyfriends. But she like skinny guys. I actually don't know why she wants to be with me. Sure she likes my personality. But I wants to turn her on.

She always had skinny boyfriends. I am the first guy she's with who is a little bit overweight. But she doesn't want to have sex with me. And I don't like how she talking to me about my weight.

One side of me is saying "date another girl who likes you as you are." and one side is saying "date her and see if I can turn her on."

OK, here it goes.

I matched with a girl on Tinder a while ago. She seemed like a normal, down to earth girl, we had a few things in common. I wouldn't say I was in love with her personality, or it was 100% match - not by a long shot. But I saw potential.

After talking a while, we decided to exchange facebook accounts.
When I looked at her profile, turned out she looks more like this:

Now, I am not exactly the most handsome guy around. But for one, I feel deceived. The picture she submitted to Tinder looks literally nothing like her. Which I guess I could have expected... But I did not.
And I really want to avoid sounding like an asshole, but let's just say I don't find her in the least bit attractive. I don't want to criticize her appearance, because I already feel horrible about the situation, but you get the drift.
And I will be honest, appearance and physical attraction IS relevant to me. If this was a one night stand, maybe. But she is looking for a long term relationship, and I don't want that with her. There's a zero percent chance of this working out.

The problem is that I foolishly agreed to a date at a non-specified time on the weekend. I could probably tell her some bullshit about not being able to make it, but that doesn't solve the issue, just postpones it.

Right now I see three options: Either I
-tell her as it is that this is not going to work out and that I am not attracted to her
-lie that I have something going on with someone else
-or ghost her.

I know probably the best course of action is to just tell her. But frankly, it sucks, and I am probably looking for some encouragement, or understanding. I am not experienced with these kinds of situations, this is pretty new to me.

So what would you guys do?
