Alright guys so a few months back I had to leave my job and find a new one. One of my friends from school said to apply at her jobs location because they most likely would be hiring for seasonal help. Long story short I applied at her store and the other location which was actually closer to my house.

When I went in to apply at the location by my house I specifically remember waiting for a manger to come up and take my application. While I was waiting I was looking around, and there was this girl working there that was staring at me. She was kinda cute but I honestly didn't think anything of it at the time.

Fast forward a few months till now... I got the job and that girl still works there. Turns out she is about my age and has worked there for awhile. She also goes to school, and knows some of the people I went to school with.

This girl is friendly and seems to be quite well liked by the people she works with. However she is really quiet, and we don't talk a lot, just because we usually are working different areas and or shifts. While I am not really looking for a relationship, I do not want to be a a**hole to her.

Thing is I catch her staring or looking at me almost every time I work with her but she will not say anything to me. I feel really awkward ignoring her but when she never says anything to me it also put me in a weird place. If you were in my shoes what would you do?

I think she's cute, but honestly she is not really my type. Also I am moving in the next few months when I graduate from school so I am trying to not get involved in a relationship that could prevent me from doing that.
