Search Results: women acting different

So I just went back to a job I held last year, and one of my co-workers is still there, most everyone else is new, though. Anyway, this co-worker came back yesterday, and I know it's a bit soon to look into things, but I'm not used to women acting like this, lol. She's 21 (if that matters at all...), and when she first saw me she very enthusiastically said "Hi!" Didn't chat much yesterday but she did take a minute to ask how the rest of my schooling went and my plans and all that, and if I'd be sticking around this time or not (I left last summer to finish college). At the end of my shift she made it a point to ask if I was working today or not, since she was.

So I go in today and we talked for a bit and when I took a good look at her I noticed her hair looked a bit different, so I asked if she'd dyed it. She explained what happened, asked if it looked bad, and I said no, it didn't look bad at all, and she thanked me. Later that night another coworker asked if she'd dyed her hair and he said it looked good on her, she didn't really respond at all. A few hours pass, I'm one of two cooks and she's a waitress, and she decided to get food, and specifically asked me if I'd make it, and I asked if it was because she hated the other guy, and she said no before walking away. She came back (still hadn't ordered food) and somehow we got to the point of her missing the workplace, she hadn't or her coworkers, and then I asked if she'd missed me, and she said she had, especially since I didn't come in my last day there last summer. By the end of my night she was on break eating her food when I left, said goodbye to her, didn't expect her to respond since she was on her cell, but she did say goodnight as I walked by.

So I'm just wondering, am I looking far too far into this?

This question has been bothering me for some time. I think I know the answer but I'm not quiet sure. So lets start by giving my answer: for short I say no, not all girls are the same. But I'd like to see some arguments.

Why am I asking? Well my best friend has been acting very weird. Anyways every time that time comes I feel like she is almost a completely different person. I'm all of the sudden too emotional for her, she doesn't want my "drama", I'm too annoying...

Now lets clear something up here, no where do I every act outside my character. I feel that lately she just uses "its that time" as an excuse. I mean its gotten tot he point where now its EXPECTED to feel like crap around her when its that time, not a surprise like it used to be.

I just don't get it? Sometimes I feel like some of my girl friends NEVER get emotional or go "crazy" or whatever you want to call the PMS symptoms..Even women I work with, its so hard to tell if they are on their period because I don't have any signs like I do from this one friend. she's like oh all girls are like this on their period and are more short tempered and emotional.

I dunno, I just can't seem to agree with her, if she cares about me she wouldn't be so crazy at this time of the month, I mean can't you girls learn to control what you're saying, some of the things she says are so hurtful at times I just don't get how someone can act like that, regardless if they have their period or not.

Are there any reasons as to why all these hurtful things come out of her mouth around that time of the month or why all of the sudden things are so different between us that she's all of the sudden pissed when really nothing has changed at all and nothing is wrong - maybe I'm blind from it, but I'm a nice, decent guy, I don't go and say the things she does no matter how pissed I am because I believe that if you truly care about someone you wouldn't think that way. (ex- I don't care about you, you're so annoying with your drama, why are you so clingy, no one including myself cares bout you or your family, I never want to see you again, I wouldn't care if this was the last time I talked to you) those are just some of the things she'll say...I'm being honest when I say that I've done nothing out of the ordinary and kept "true" to myself...maybe once in a great moon she'll say that crap if she's really pissed at me for teasing her but then apologize for it...i don't know I guess I'm just confused..
