Just to be clear, there are no "climate change deniers". Everyone is FULLY aware that the climate changes CONSTANTLY, has been for billions of years, with or without humans. Let's see the most commonly quoted reasons that "climate change is bad" that fearmongers like to brainwash you with.

1. "More intense storms and floods." Re-building destroyed buildings creates new jobs and strengthens the economy. Yes, a few more people may die in storms (with or without climate change), but much more lives will be saved by the less road accidents due to the milder winters. Plus shorter flu seasons.

2. "Less crops because of more droughts." Shorter winters means longer growing seasons, even new crops in previously cooler climates. Not to mention higher yields. Imagine the whole of Canada and SIBERIA being freed up from being locked under ice, now able to grow crops to feed families.

3. "Sea levels will rise." More room for sea life, more room for fish that feed humans. All that unforgiving land at higher altitudes and further up north (in the northern hemisphere) will become hospitable. New eco-cities can be built in VAST areas of Canada, Alaska, Northern Europe, Siberia, lowering population density in the rest of the world, freeing up space, instead of making the existing cities larger, which would mean destroying forests etc.

5. "Global warming will cost us all." How much does the average North American or European spend on heating bills every year? WELL OVER 1000 Dollars / Euros. Thanks to global warming, less heating in BILLIONS of homes on the planet will result in what? SURPRISE! Less fossil fuel burned to heat all the homes on the planet.

If the Earth's climate had been constant for billions of years the most evolved species on the planet would be rats. Changing climate = increased competition = survival of the fittest = evolution based on adaptation. The more challenging one's environment is the more of an advantage higher intelligence is.
