This guy i meet, for last 4 months sometimes split from group with one girl (she broke up with her boyfriend 4-5 months ago-she single now). Some of their friends think that they sometimes act like there's something between them, but valnetines day and her birthday passed and they are both single. They all meet his good friend (that group of friends-girls mostly) and she has his good friend from high school on fb.

I meet him 6 months before college and i think that i catched his eye back then. He didn't know anything about me till 2 months ago, when he saw me with his good friend from my group on college.
He aways seems to notice, looks and stares at me, sometimes lock eyes with me for pass 6 months now (EVEN INFRONT OF HER).
Even now after months and half, break where were valentines and that's girl birtdays, when he saw me he looked and then look away and then passed 2-3 secends and he looked again while he was passing.
He becomes quiet around me even when he's woth friends and sometimes act's really redicolous:
-if he couldn't see me he moved from place he was standing to place he could saw me
-when he noticed me with his good friend (i'd beg infront of me on table) and he started to walk to us and side and like he lurks (like he forgot about going in elevator with that girl) friend told him to go cause she was wainting.. he waved, smiled and said bye with weird voice
- 2 days later he and her were passing through my college in perfect timing
- when i was next to his table he looked only in friend and didn't said word, when i moved away he turned torwards me and become talkative, that time when he was leaving he was like scanning the room before then went
-once i was table next to his friend (and other friends) and he and that girl came and he talked to them about project and then he sit next to me (turned me back, lightly touched me and when i talked he was listening) but there was enough place to sit next to them

I meet guy 5-6 motnhs before college. I think i catched his eye back then but i didn't think it's serious. When college started i always found him notice me, looks, stare at me and lock eyes with me. He always become quiet (even with his friends) around me and stiff, like he try to act cool. I was looking at others guys, friends and strangers and no one acts like that. After 6 months of not seeing me he still does that. Now we didn't see each other for months and half, and he looked at me twice in like less then 10 seconds.

He hangs with one girl (broke up with her boyfriend 4 motnhs ago) for 4-5 months. They hang out with one group friends but sometimes they split up. Some of them think that they sometimes act like there's maybe sth between them. She meet his good friend (they all did-girls), she has one his friend from high school on fb. It passed valentines day and her birthday and they are both still single. He still acts the same around me even infront of her!
-when i was with his good friend they were passing, she went to elevator and he walked to us and side and like he was lurking (i'd beg infront of me), us 3 started to smiling, but his friend told him to go cause they were waiting in elevator;he waved, smiled and said bye with weird voice
-he didn't know anything about me till then,2 days later he was walking with that girl through my college (she was few steps infront of him)-we locked eyes
-we were in bar and they came, he talked about project and then sit next to me (he could next to that girl), turned torwards good friend, his friends and her; turned me back but he was lightly touching me. He listened when i talked and mostly was quiet. After he went to wc and got back and sit next to her but they were pretty quiet. They got up to go and i went to order and when i was walking back we locked eyes.

Why does he likes? He really confuses me!

So he hangs with few girls and guys in group for past 6 months. One girl broke up with boyfriend 5 months ago and he and her hang more for about 4-5 months now. When my friend asked her 2 months ago does he has girlfriend she said 'he doesn't have, i don't know what to say more'. She meet his good friend from my college (they all meet) and she has one from high school on fb. I really don't know if they are more or just good friends.

HE NEVER ACTED INFRONT OF ME LIKE THEY ARE MORE THAN FRIENDS!
-i was with his good friend, he and her were passing, she went to elevator and he noticed us. I'd beg infront of me and he was walking to us and side and he was lurking (behind beg i guess). We started to smile and he did to but friend told him to go cause they were waiting for him in elevator.
-2 days later, they had class when my was over (and his good friend's; same class we had), so i was walking her passed me and him after her.. we locked eyes.. he had perfect timing. he never went that way.
-that day, he was sitting on table, that girl next to him and 1-2 girls next to her. His good friend was standing, they were all talking and stuff and me and friend passsed. He was looking in me prolonged and like he don't even listen to them. He always acts stiff and "cool" around me and EVEN INFRONT OF HER

I'm not a cold-hearted person, and I'd never intentionally be rude to him... but I'm the one who ended the relationship and I did because he had two women on his mind: Myself and his ex-girlfriend. I wasn't going to act like them hanging out at his apartment with the door locked and the TV volume way too high was okay with me, so I left him.
That night I recieved: 95 phone calls, 3 voicemails, 6 text messages, 48 Facebook audio calls, 12 facebook messages, 1 snapchat, and one instagram direct message...

The next day, he wanted to talk about why I broke up with him and I explained in better detail, then he said he had to do some thinking... now he wants to see me...
Why? He can tell me what he thought about over text, he doesn't have to see me in order to tell me anything...

How do I respond to him? What do I say?

-when we were all table next to table in bar he sit next to me and lightly touched me but turned to them, didn't talk much. He went somewhere and when got back sit next to her but didn't talked much and when i looked he looked at me. Before he left he locked eyes with me
-he was passing with her and she went to elevator. He noticed me and his good friend. I'd beg infront of me and he walked to side and us and like he lurks. We smiled cause he acted funny and then he started. Good friend told him, so he waved, smiled and said bye with different voice. 2 days later he was walking with that girl through my college
-he was talking to that girl and i was passing with my friends. I think he noticed me but he didn't like stare or sth. My one friend were sitting on opposite side of table and i came to her. He moved from girl to guy friend and he only looked at his work and didn't talk.

I meet guy on biginning of college (6months ago). We all hang out im group but me and he split from group a bit. We always hang together but with group too but less then first 2 months. I broke up with boyfriend 4 months ago.

Problem is that he looks and lock eyes with one girl from his friend's college, for past 6 months. He becomes really quiet around her and never talks about her. If we are all hanining out, if she passing he would be quiet and look at her. He really acts different then with us. Why?

Well im on college and i hang out in one group of friends. There are guy and girl who use to hang out with us always, but for past 4 months they bit split from us. Well there's also one problem. One girl from his friend college. I guess they meet before college. They always look at each other, stare and lock eyes. He become quiet even when he's with us and when she's not around he's talkative.
They are like that since college started.

So we are now 5 months on college and we see each other 1-2 a week but didn't talk. He always seems to notice me, looks and stares and we do lock eyes. When he saw me wit his good friend from my college, 2 days later he was passing through it even if he needed to pass 4 floors (walk on stairs) to get to his. He always become quiet when im close even when hi's with his friends. When i move he's talkative again.
Few times he even moved to place he could see me even if he's obvious.

When my friend asked her about him, does he have girlfriend.. she said "no, i don't know what else to say" and asked "who's asking for him".

He acts like he acts around me even when she's with him. He stares and stuff.

When i ignored him when he was passing he slowed down until i looked at him. Last week i was with friend in bar and his good friend from my college was next to us. My crush and GIRL came and my crush talk much. Then he sit next to me and turn to them. He was lightly touching me and sometimes he listened when i talked. Then he moved to his GIRL friend after he came back to bar. I looked at him and he looked in me. He was quiet most of time. They got up to go and i went order and when i got back we locked eyes.

That's been for 4 months and many things more.
He hangs with one GIRL last 2-3 months. She broke up with her boyfriend 2 months ago. They are almost always together and some people think that there's sth between us but he never showed it infront of me. He's like he really care how he acts sround me. But i saw once he waited for her half an hour.
He DOESN'T have girlfriend, she even said it when my friend asked her.

Then he went somewhere and when he got back he sit to his good girl friend but i catch him looking again. He wasn't talking to much. He got up and girl friend and i got up to order and gone to male wheitress and that guy like huged me and my crush saw it. When i was walking back he was on half way of place he was standing and when wheitress huged me. We looked eyes and he went. Few days later he was waiting for one of girl friends and we locked eys again and i passed him twice. And i was passimg third time and going out of college and he wasn't there (i almodt broke my neck) and i walked to exit and i notice someone looked st me. And he was standing there and looking at me. Then that friend came and they went to class.
