Fell in love with my best friend, couple months later she doesn't want anything and she's set on it, so I'm trying to move on

We're both 19 by the way.

Okay so she texted me asking why I never ask her to hang out anymore. and i told her I do miss her, a lot, but I think it's best if we dont hang out anymore. and i told her it's because it's impossible to get over someone if you're still hanging with them, but she can still feel free to text me if she wants to talk or if she needs anything. she is still my best friend after all!

she claims "if you genuinely liked me as you said or cared about me, you'd do anything to make me happy. I'd hang with Bob and as long as he's happy, it doesn't matter if i gained or lose feelings" (Bob is her first serious boyfriend she's still friends with. Bob has had a new girlfriend for the past 6 months)

I personally don't agree with her at all, wanted to ask the GaG community their thoughts though. like okay I do get her point of view... but i dont think many people have the balls to hang with someone that broke their heart like she does

Too long of a backstory to explain, but both my best friend and I both became single recently and I realized I liked her and she told me she'd think about it but wants to be single for now (again this is all 1000% her telling the truth, thats the backstory i dont feel like explaining)

Anyway onto my problem:
Some drama happened between me and her, where I heard she was lying to me for a month straight about "thinking about dating" and i called her out on it and said some NASTY stuff. i just didn't care. My best friend I trusted with everything suddenly lying to me? Yeah I was furious. I found out later though in the end she never was lying to me and actually was thinking about it.. but me being impulsive i said nasty stuff and REALLY hurt her

Couple days after that argument she told me straight to my face she doesn't want anything. i apologized as much i could and asked for one last chance, but nothing happened. HOWEVER over a couple weeks after that, i began to explain my thought process of being mad at her and i apologized more and admitted i was wrong, and she's begun to listen to me.

One thing I texted her, which was recent, was
Me: "You said you care a lot about me but im just asking for one small favor considering I've done so much for you as a friend over the past couple years. why can't you just give me one last chance?"
Her: Because i'm a petty b*tch. Dont get me wrong, I forgive you but i dont forget stuff

Week after that I texted her "Hey i hope you're thinking about things because you're really the only girl for me" and she replied "You know i dont like talking about relationships"

She never answered my question on one last chance or not though and im not sure what to do? Should i eventually confront her on whether she'll give me one last chance or what do i do?
